Software and IT Product Incubation Specialist, Strategic Development and Change Management

Sandeep and I have been collaborating since 2010. Sandeep is the Director for Adeaquare’s Global Strategy and Development. Sandeep’s multiple talents include the proven ability to run transformation (change and program management and Lean Six Sigma) programs including technology and process-based operating model design and execution. His management expertise includes working with HSBC Finance Operations as the Vice President leading Finance Transformation, being the Commercial Director in Global Growth and Operations at Thomson Reuters (TR) South Asia, and a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team. Sandeep crafted the strategy for TR to build, and lead the India market in business software and services for tax and accounting professionals, corporate and government bodies. This included delivering integrated strategies, market assessment operational models, and business cases.

Sandeep has led acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and alliances with local players and government for the TR Tax and Accounting Business Unit. Previously Sandeep led the Operational Excellence department of Ford Credit Australia in Melbourne where he also successfully program managed large technology initiatives including Retail Asset Securitisation, Finance Compliance, Australia and NZ Fees, and many other major programs over many years.

Further to his expertise Sandeep is successful at building and executing go-to-market strategies, incubating and building new market footprints, building M&A pipelines, strategic partnerships, sales strategies, and P&L business incubation for technology consulting practice in Australia and Asia. Onshore and offshore program management and operations expertise includes business case development, stakeholder management and implementation, including hiring, and training staff, and organising facilities and infrastructure, BCP, metrics/KPIs, people and general management.

Sandeep is a fellow South Australian and grew up in town of Whyalla. He travels frequently between Australia and India. Sandeep completed an Executive MBA at Melbourne University, and a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Adelaide, South Australia.

Sandeep is a member of the Australia India Business Council.
